About Jen
Originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts, Jen has had a passion for baking since she was in high school. Throughout the years she worked at multiple local bakeries and coffee shops in both MA & Portland, OR, learning through experience.
Jen began selling sourdough bagels as a small side business and eventually decided to take the leap and open up her own small wholesale bakery in March of 2018. Since then, she’s grown her business from supplying 2 coffee shops to 20+ coffee shops and it continues to grow.
Jen specializes in bolos levedos, cakes, croissants, cookies, and breakfast pastries. Everything is crafted thoughtfully by hand.
