About Jen & Jen’s Pastries
Originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts, Jen has had a passion for baking since she was in high school. Throughout the years she worked at multiple local bakeries and coffee shops in both MA & Portland, OR, and is a self taught baker, learning through working experience and testing and baking from her home.
Jen began selling sourdough bagels as a small side business while working at a restaurant as a bread baker in Portland, and eventually decided to take the leap and open up her own small wholesale bakery in March of 2018. Since then, she’s grown her business from supplying 2 coffee shops to 20+ coffee shops and it continues to grow!
She has since found herself surrounded by other talented and hardworking bakers that she has the privilege to call her employees & team. While Jen built this business herself, this bakery wouldn’t be what it is today without the amazing team that makes up Jen’s Pastries.
Jen’s Pastries specializes in bolos levedos, cakes, croissants, cookies, and sweet & savory breakfast pastries. Everything is crafted thoughtfully by hand.
